Recorded on reel to reel in the late 70 s by the artist himself the songs show the raw talent of his straight and genuine songwriting. He died standing up for a friend he has been described as the sweetest and the meanest and his songs show us he can be extremely tender fiercely political hillbilly naive and down right funny at times.
